This guide is to provide you information on tracking the performance of your card shares with your customers. If you have not shared your card yet, you can go through the following steps found here to share it.

If you would like to track the performance of an individual Upline Gem, then you can apply a card to track its views and clicks.

While selecting each card you have made in the main menu you will see the impressions and clicks just above the card.

An impression is when a customer views your card, and a click is when a customer interacts with your card.

History

To view your history of sharing your card with customers click on the icon shown at the bottom of screen below.

From here you can track your views and clicks with each customer you shared your card with individually or by sharing with many customers with a broadcast.

Below on the left screen you will see a list of contacts you have shared your card with. On the right screen is a list of your Broadcasts sent out. Each one is broken down into the following:

  1. Name of contact
  2. Name of broadcast
  3. Card title
  4. Date and Time
  5. Type of share (SMS, email, app, and gem)
  6. Views
  7. Clicks

While in the Shared to Person tab you can click on a contact and it will show their contact information.
